Meditation and Personal Development Blog - Are You ready to Evolve?

Meditation has power. Real power. It's a power that you will feel from head to toes, from dusk to dawn, wherever you are. It's a power that destroys, transforms, and lets you be yourself. It gives you the power to be. Not just exist, but really BE. Something that many will miss, because they think it's some airy-fairy little practice, that they don't have any time for.

I started this personal development blog with an intention to find ways that can improve us. Meditation was going to be part of it. Now I see the big picture: it's not just part of it: taking full control over your internal dialogue is the single most important commitment on you can make. Walking, good nutrition, exercise - major benefits of all these practices, are due to our improved ability to stop the internal dialogue and start living in the now.
